Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Administrator – Transfer Agency to join our UK team. You will manage investor dealing, registration and AML/KYC controls, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as a subject matter expert, mentor junior colleagues, and support change initiatives, system enhancements and client service delivery across UCITS, OEICs, Unit Trusts and AIFs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in Transfer Agency operations.
• Knowledge of UCITS, OEICs, Unit Trusts, AIFs and related fund structures.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments with AML regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deal administration: processing subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers within deadlines.
• Registration administration: maintain investor records; handle openings/amendments/transfers/closures.
• AML/KYC: reviews for new and existing investors; conduct risk-based due diligence.
• Controls & governance: follow procedures; participate in audits and regulatory reviews.
• Client service: respond to queries; liaise with investors, distributors and intermediaries.
• Team leadership: mentor juniors; support workflow prioritisation and change initiatives.
