Shoosmiths is seeking an Transactions Business Development Manager to drive growth and client acquisition across Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, or London. You will collaborate with BD, marketing operations, and client teams to deliver revenue-generating strategies and campaigns.

You will mentor junior members, develop market insights, and contribute to strategic bids while aligning with firm-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities across Corporate market and support business planning.
• Develop relationships with clients and referral networks to cross-sell services.
• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns and event coordination.
• Collaborate with client relationship and new business teams on bids and pursuits.
• Provide BI & MI reporting to support performance reviews.
• Mentor junior BD team members and share market insights.
