Job summary

Ambition is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing professional to drive growth across our Employment, Tax & Reward practice. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape client development activity, manage pitches, and coordinate events and thought leadership across the firm.

The role offers exposure to strategic projects, cross-practice collaboration, and opportunities to strengthen client relationships while supporting a leading practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development or marketing role within professional services.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client development strategies.
• Experience managing pitches, proposals and profile-raising activities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of business development plans and growth initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Manage pitches, proposals, credentials and client presentations.
• Coordinate client events, campaigns and thought leadership activity.
• Support key client programmes and cross-selling initiatives.
• Lead legal directory and award submissions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client developments.
• Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted adviser to stakeholders.
