THE RECRUITMENT ORCHARD is seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development professional for transactional print in Essex. You will win new business and nurture existing relationships, selling print, mailing and fulfilment solutions to organisations relying on secure, data-driven communications.

You will identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with operations to deliver seamless outcomes and drive growth for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience selling transactional print, mailing, or data-driven communications.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Comfortable talking to senior decision-makers and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities in transactional print and mailing.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients.
• Develop existing accounts to grow revenue and cross-sell services.
• Understand customer requirements and propose print, data and fulfilment solutions.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting through to close and coordinate with production teams.
