Deloitte UK is seeking graduates for its Transaction Services team to build expertise in mergers and acquisitions through analysis, advice, and reporting on large, high-profile UK deals.
You will rotate across different M&A offering areas over three years, complete the ACA qualification via an accelerated pathway, and work through a structured induction, mentoring, and buddy system in a hybrid work environment.

Our Transaction Services teams provide both due diligence and other deal advisory services across a range of areas on M&A transactions. This meansyou’llbe helping clients who are planning to buy, sell or take-over businesses with the execution of the deal. These are often large global deals with high profile clients.
You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake. As a member of our Transaction Services team, you will help clients during the merger and acquisition process through analysis, advice and reporting. You’ll work on some of the largest and most complex acquisitions and joint ventures in the UK.
You will be allocated to an industry area to begin specialising in that area. You’ll combine market-leading approaches with cutting-edge M&A technologies to deliver projects for high profile, often commercially sensitive deals. You will:

We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

This role is part of our three-year M&A rotation graduate scheme. You'll start in Transaction Services (your “home offering area”) and gain valuable experience through two further rotations within different M&A offering areas. This structured approach allows you to build a comprehensive understanding of the M&A business as a whole, develop key skills, and network across the team. You'll return to your home offering area at the end of the programme.
You'll begin with a comprehensive induction programme, equipping you with the skills and confidence to work with our clients. Ongoing professional development will be provided through your project team, mentoring, and a dedicated buddy.
