Deloitte invites graduates to join the M&A Modelling & Insights team. You’ll translate financial drivers into dynamic models and provide insights to clients across sectors, gaining exposure to corporate and public sector projects.
You’ll learn modelling methods like Excel Modelling, VBA, Power BI, Tableau and Python, and complete the ACA via an accelerated pathway within a three-year rotation scheme.

We use both modelling an d data analytics technologies , alongside our expertise , to prov ide invaluable financial insight to our clients on a wide variety of projects. This could be anything from Financial Planning and Forecasting, support throughout a transaction or deal , or allow us to advise them on Analytical Governance and their business performance.

You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in a Maths or Finance/Accounting related degree and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.
Modelling & Insights help clients understand and shape their business strategies. We do this by translating key financial performance drivers into dynamic models and analysis. You willapply critical thinking skills to help interpret a client’s business problem,thinking flexibly, determining alternatives, and finding innovative solutions.
You will learn a number of modelling methodologies such as Excel Modelling & VBA, Power BI, Tableau, Python as well as many others.

We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

As a graduate within Modelling & Insights, you will c omplete the ACA via the accelerated pathway.
This role is part of our three-year M&A rotation graduate scheme. You'll start in M&A Modelling (your “home offering area”) and gain valuable experience through two further rotations within different teams within M& A . This structured approach allows you to build a comprehensive understanding of the M&A business as a whole, develop key skills, and network across the team. You'll return to your home offering area at the end of the programme .
You’ll begin with a comprehensive induction programme, equipping you with the skills and confidence to work with our clients. Ongoing professional development will be provided through your project team, mentoring, and a dedicated buddy .
