Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking graduates for its Transaction Services team to build expertise in mergers and acquisitions through analysis, advice, and reporting on large, high-profile UK deals.

You will rotate across different M&A offering areas over three years, complete the ACA qualification via an accelerated pathway, and work through a structured induction, mentoring, and buddy system in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline, graduates by September 2027.
• Autumn 2027 intake identified for programme.
• You will be part of a three-year M&A rotation graduate scheme.

Responsibilities

• Help clients during the merger and acquisition process through analysis, advice and reporting.
• Work on large, complex UK acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Develop understanding of target businesses and interpret information memoranda and business plans.
