Job summary

Marshall Audi Oxford is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to lead the sale of finance, insurance and value-added products while ensuring FCA compliance. This full-time role offers £30,000 basic salary and £55,000+ OTE, plus a company car, for a 45-hour week including weekends.

You will support Sales Executives, mentor staff, and oversee finance performance reporting. Strong franchised-dealership F&I experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Transaction/Business Manager in a franchised dealership.
• Strong knowledge of F&I regulations and FCA guidelines.
• Proven ability to coach and lead high-performance sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and add-ons with FCA compliance.
• Support Sales Executives with closing deals and appraising part-exchanges.
• Lead and coach the team to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Manage finance & insurance performance reporting and accuracy.

At Marshall Audi Oxford we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Transaction Manager to take on a pivotal role in one of the UK’s most respected automotive retailers.

In this role:

• You’ll facilitate the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and value-added products, ensuring compliance with all FCA guidelines.
• You’ll support the Sales Executives by providing expert advice and assistance in closing deals, appraising part exchanges, and guiding customers through their purchase journey.
  
• You’ll lead by example, mentoring and developing your team to improve their performance and product knowledge, particularly around F&I.
  
• You’ll manage performance reporting on finance and insurance, ensuring accurate tracking and continuous improvement.

We're looking for:

• Someone with experience as a Transaction or Business Manager from a franchised automotive dealership, though we will consider a high-performing Sales Executive or Sales Controller ready to step up.
  
• Someone with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of F&I regulation and best practice.
  
• Someone organised, a confident team leader who can inspire trust, coach effectively, and support a high-performance sales culture.
  
• Most importantly, someone who thrives in a customer-focused, compliance-driven environment, and who’s ready to help others succeed while delivering great outcomes.
