Job summary

Marshall Volkswagen South Oxford is seeking a confident Sales Executive on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will guide customers from first enquiry to handover, building rapport and identifying the best solution whether new, used, or tailored finance.

This full‑time role offers a £27,000 basic salary with £50,000+ OTE, a company car, 25 days’ leave, life assurance and a contributory pension. You’ll join a trusted brand with extensive training and a clear path to career development within

• Previous sales experience in automotive or a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.

Full-time | 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis

At Marshall Volkswagen South Oxford, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join one of the UK’s most trusted and innovative car brands on a 12 month fixed term contract.

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
• You'll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
