Lloyds Banking Group in London is seeking an Associate to join the Cash Management & Payments Structuring team within Transaction Banking Solutions. The role involves designing holistic liquidity and treasury solutions, supporting end-to-end execution, and collaborating with sales and technology to deliver client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cash Management & Payments product spectrum.
• Self-starter, highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Effective communicator able to explain sophisticated topics and influence across groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior colleagues in designing and solutioning complex cash management, liquidity and treasury solutions.
• Support end-to-end execution of complex Transaction Banking mandates from deal inception to implementation.
• Produce solution papers, transaction approval materials and support Sales teams for client presentations.
• Assist in assessing legal, regulatory, tax, operational and execution risks for proposed structures.
• Support delivery of P&L targets and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to translate concepts into executable client solutions.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Coverage, Product, Risk Ops, Client Services and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with group policy and regulatory requirements.
