Job summary

InterSystems UKI in Windsor is seeking an Application Specialist to apply healthcare, business, and InterSystems product knowledge to contract and implement standard solutions in a timely manner. You will become an expert resource for customers and advise on process fit to maximize benefits while minimizing custom work. This role involves travel to client sites and is expected to spend up to 5 days away weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare with UK PAS knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of UK hospital billing rules/workflows.
• Experience training customers and conducting workshops.
• Experience implementing software in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Act as SME for PAS in TrakCare.
• Advise customers on solution fit and benefits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
