Babcock International in Andover is seeking a Training Solution Architect to design and deliver innovative training systems for defence and maritime operations, combining learning technology, simulation and training transformation to create measurable value for customers.

You will lead bid activities, act as SME on training systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement while working in a hybrid pattern with national and international travel.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and delivering training systems and solutions within defence/maritime sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the full training lifecycle: analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation and assurance.
• Experience developing innovative and commercially viable training solutions to support bids and growth.
• Knowledge of recognised training methodologies (Systems Approach to Training, Defence Systems Approach to Training, ADDIE).
• Experience supporting training transformation initiatives within defence or regulated environments.

• Develop innovative, compliant, and cost-effective training solutions meeting customer and business requirements.
• Lead and support bid, proposal, and business-winning activities through training strategies, artefacts, and proofs of concept.
• Act as SME, providing guidance on training systems, learning technologies, and simulation solutions.
• Collaborate with operational, capability, training, and bid teams to create new products and services.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise training effectiveness and delivery.
