Babcock in Andover is seeking a Training Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of training systems and solutions across maritime, naval and merchant marine sectors. The role is full time, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working patterns and travel to other sites nationally and internationally.

Travel to other Babcock and customer sites, both nationally and internationally, will be expected.Essential experience of the Training Solution ArchitectExperience designing and delivering training systems and solutions within the maritime, naval, or merchant marine sectors.Strong knowledge of the full training lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation, and assurance.Experience, developing innovative and commercially viable
training solutions to support bids, proposals, and business growth, Knowledge of recognised training methodologies, including Systems Approach to Training, Defence Systems Approach to Training, ADDIE, and modern learning technologies.Experience supporting training transformation initiatives within defence, government, or other regulated operational environments.Qualifications for the Training Solution ArchitectRelevant Level 5 qualification or above in Education, Training Management, or a related discipline.Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
