• Experience supporting bids, proposals, and business growth through training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, compliant, cost-effective training solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Lead bid, proposal, and business-winning activities through training strategies, artefacts, and proofs of concept.
• Act as SME on training systems, learning technologies, and simulation solutions.
• Collaborate with operational, capability, training, and bid teams to create new products and services.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize training effectiveness and delivery.
