Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Training Supervisor for our Derby site. You will be the first point of contact for new starters, delivering engaging inductions and hands-on safety training to ensure work-readiness from day one.

You will lead the Training Ambassador team, coach performance, and ensure training quality aligns with Health & Safety standards across Production and Warehouse. You will manage training records, plan coverage using data, and contribute to ongoing training improvement projects

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a training role within an operational, warehouse or food production environment.
• Excellent communicator capable of delivering safety inductions to large groups.
• Organised and data-driven, able to read a training matrix and act on compliance gaps.

Responsibilities

• Host the training team shift handover brief at the start and end of each shift.
• Lead and coach the Training Ambassador team; manage performance and development conversations.
• Deliver classroom inductions, site tours and hands-on safety training for new starters.
• Provide Health & Safety and Food Safety refresher training aligned with policy and legislation.
• Maintain training records, sign-off processes, and KPI updates for management.
