Job summary

3t is a leading provider of training services and learning technology solutions. As a TMS Coordinator you will organise and administer training arrangements for the client workforce, including bookings, scheduling and certification management, in line with the training matrix.

The role focuses on coordinating training activities, maintaining records in the client LMS where required, and communicating clearly with suppliers, delegates and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across levels.
• Customer service experience and able to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector is advantageous; IT proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities in line with client requirements.
• Process training bookings and schedule courses in the LMS.
• Maintain training records and issue certifications where applicable.
• Contact suppliers to arrange training solutions and manage cancellations.
• Raise Purchase Orders and monitor KPI achievement.
