Qualifications

• Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Sound IT skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities in line with client requirements.
• Process bookings following departmental policies and standards.
• Manage course status and inform suppliers of cancellations promptly.
• Contact suppliers to arrange training solutions for clients.
• Raise Purchase Orders and update LMS as needed.
• Distribute joining instructions and notify delegates of changes.
• Monitor progress to ensure compliance with KPIs.
• Identify efficiencies to optimise departmental software and processes.
