Job summary

3t is seeking a proactive TMS Coordinator to manage training arrangements for client workforce, aligning with the training matrix and ensuring smooth bookings, scheduling and certification issuance. You will liaise with suppliers and update LMS records to reflect attendee progress and compliance.

The role requires strong coordination, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach, with an appreciation for oil and gas sectors and the ability to handle a dynamic training calendar.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and organisational abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all stakeholder levels.
• Customer service experience is required in a training-focused role.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas industries is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and training software systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities in line with client requirements.
• Process training bookings and maintain records per policy.
• Manage course statuses and notify suppliers of cancellations.
• Update client LMS with training records where applicable.
• Generate Joining Instructions and communicate schedule changes to delegates.
• Ensure KPI targets are met and data is accurate across systems.
