Job summary

R&V Group Ltd is expanding and seeks a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our friendly, people-focused team. This office-based, full-time role offers training and ongoing support, with a busy, varied environment where every day is different.

You’ll work on placements, bookings and keep our recruitment database up to date. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, highly organised and comfortable using computers; the role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends and

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive and enjoys working with people.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
• Calm under pressure, especially during busy periods such as Easter, Summer and Christmas.
• Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating temporary worker placements and client bookings
• Building great relationships with candidates and clients
• Managing our recruitment database and keeping records up to date
• Supporting workforce planning to ensure all client shifts are covered
• Handling emails, phone calls and day-to day client communications
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent recruitment service
