Job summary

Synapri is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead in London to drive capability functions across government or multi-partner environments. The role is hybrid (2-3 days onsite) with 12 months plus duration and SC security clearance as a requirement.

You will lead teams, engage senior stakeholders, and apply data-driven improvements to services, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a dynamic, cross-partner setting.

• Existing Rosa user.

Our client operates hybrid working 2-3 days in London, with occasional client site visits will be required into Glasgow.
