Job summary

Kenwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development in a supported housing environment. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and involves delivering engaging training to support workers and maintaining compliance and records.

You will develop tailored training packages, manage attendance and paperwork, issue certificates, and provide reports to the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Learning and Development professional within the Supported Housing sector? if so, we need to talk!

Kenwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd are supporting one of their Established Housing and Support Providers with their campaign to hire an experienced Training Manager.

The Training Manager will be based on site and will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

As the Training Manager, you will be carrying out a range of duties. Some of these have been listed below:

• The Training Manager will deliver engaging face-to-face training to support workers within supported exempt housing.
• Ensure training content remains current, compliant with legislation and best practice, and meets organisational requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure attendance registers are completed accurately for every training session.
• The Training Manager will ensure all mandatory paperwork is completed by support workers.
• Produce and issue training certificates following successful completion of training.
• Maintain accurate training records by filing documentation promptly.
• Update and maintain training trackers and spreadsheets.
• Prepare and provide training reports, compliance data and other information to the Senior Leadership Team as required.
