Sanctuary Group is seeking a Regional Trainer to strengthen our Housing Related Support Training across the North of England. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training for staff, identifying learning needs and shaping programmes to ensure high standards in a diverse Supported Living service.
You will travel across the region, joining a compassionate team and using blended learning approaches, including e-learning, webinars, and face-to-face sessions.

We are seeking a Housing Related Support Trainer to strengthen our current team to deliver quality training to our staff to enable them to provide excellent standards across a diverse Supported Living Service. In this role you will be responsible for the process of training design, delivery and evaluation, so you’ll have the opportunity to shape what we deliver! Sanctuary offer a blended approach to learning and development, using e-learning, webinars, face to face training and observation and evaluation.
