Job summary

Kenwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development in a supported housing environment. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and involves delivering engaging training to support workers and maintaining compliance and records.

You will develop tailored training packages, manage attendance and paperwork, issue certificates, and provide reports to the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering face-to-face training to support workers.
• Ability to create tailored training packages.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in learning and development.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging face-to-face training to support workers within supported housing.
• Ensure training content remains current, compliant with legislation and best practice.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and improvements.
• Maintain attendance registers for every training session.
• Complete mandatory paperwork by staff and generate certificates on completion.
• Keep training records organized and up to date.
• Update training trackers and spreadsheets, producing reports for senior leaders.
