Job summary

London City Lionesses are seeking a Training Ground Operations Assistant to join the Facilities Team. You will help maintain a safe, clean and professional training environment for players, staff and visitors.

This hands-on role covers daily site upkeep, deliveries, light maintenance and task coordination across the training ground. Full training is provided, and applicants must be over 18.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy, professional training ground environment across internal and external areas.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading/loading goods, moving items around the site and safe storage of items.
• Support routine maintenance tasks and checks, minor repairs, equipment movement and general upkeep to keep the site functioning smoothly.
• Follow site safety procedures, report hazards and maintain safe working practices.
• Collaborate with coaches, performance staff and contractors to meet daily operational requirements within a professional football environment.
