Job summary

Brentford FC Limited is recruiting an Operations Executive to oversee the Training Ground operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for the 1st Team Performance Centre & Academy. The role covers events, match days and daily facilities management at Brentford FC Training Ground, with duties spanning planning, coordination and on-site supervision.

The successful candidate will have experience in events/operations, strong admin skills, and proficiency with MS Office/Microsoft Teams, plus

Qualifications

• Experience in events or operations environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and data management systems.
• High level of numeracy and literacy.
• Exceptional customer service knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Regular reviews of building infrastructure and maintenance windows for facilities team and external partners.
• Ensure Training Ground is welcoming, clean and fit to operate daily, including basic maintenance tasks.
• Schedule and deliver safety and security elements for events within budget; supervise stewards and security staff.
• Provide support to on-field football activities; communicate with stakeholders.
• Progress car parking and travel plans for staff and visitors; report to Operations Manager.
• Support continual evaluation and improvement of processes.
• Undertake other duties appropriate to the role.
