Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking a Training Coordinator in Edenbridge. The role focuses on ensuring colleagues have the necessary training, from induction to refresher courses, maintaining schedules and training records.

You will work with HR, Quality and Production, supporting training systems and reporting, including Power BI awareness. This is a stable, full-time position in a manufacturing environment with direct impact on safety and development.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent obtained.
• Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Power BI awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all production and staff training, ensuring new starters receive training.
• Schedule in-house and external training including health and safety, fire warden and first aider courses.
• Input and update training records on the training database.
• Review overdue training and produce gap reports to bring everyone up to date.
• Support inductions, work trials and basic production training for operators.
• Maintain training calendars, colour charts and skills matrices.
