Job summary

Northern Gas Networks (NGN) is recruiting a part-time Training Administrator to join the Operational Training Team at its Leeds offices. The role focuses on coordinating and administering Safety Technical Competency documentation and supporting the broader training portfolio.

Based on a fixed-term 12-month contract, 32 hours per week with hybrid working from Thorpe Park, Leeds. Salary starts at £29,286 FTE, pro rata for 32 hours, plus up to 5% bonus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills with previous administration experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer STCs via the STC process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Take ownership of training reporting and validation of training courses, supporting wider training administration.
• Act as the key point of contact for delegates and training providers, ensuring clear, timely and accurate communication.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training and development records, including ownership of the curriculum database.
