Job summary

Falcon Tower Crane Services, part of the Falcon Group, is seeking a Training, Certification and Compliance Coordinator to join the Shipdham-based Training Department in Norfolk. You will coordinate employee training, manage qualifications and occupational medicals, and liaise with external providers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training, compliance or administrative roles.
• Highly proficient in Excel, including Conditional Formatting and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience maintaining records, databases or compliance documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Confident liaising with employees, Line Managers and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee training, testing, qualifications, industry cards and occupational medicals.
• Ensure training and compliance requirements stay up to date; renewals managed.
• Arrange training courses and medicals; maintain training schedules and logs.
• Process training-related requisitions and purchase orders; support CITB Training Grant administration.
• Produce training reports with meaningful insights.
• Utilise advanced Excel to monitor compliance and generate dashboards.
