Job summary

Falcon Tower Crane Services is seeking a Training, Certification and Compliance Coordinator to join its Training Department in Shipdham, Norfolk. The role focuses on coordinating employee training, testing, qualifications, industry cards and medicals, with a strong emphasis on Excel-driven reporting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training/compliance, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a training, compliance or administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Conditional Formatting and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience maintaining records, databases or compliance documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Confident liaising with employees, Line Managers and external providers.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee training, testing, qualifications, industry cards and medicals.
• Ensure training and compliance requirements remain up to date and renewals managed.
• Arrange training courses and medicals, maintain schedules and logs.
• Process training-related requisitions and purchase orders.
• Support CITB Training Grant administration and produce training reports.
• Utilize advanced Excel to monitor compliance and generate reports.
