Job summary

Gardline Limited, part of the Boskalis group, invites applications for a Training and Competency Coordinator to support the Training & Competency function and Crewing teams. This role provides administrative support, ensures targeted training delivery, and manages certification processes for onshore and offshore personnel.

The position requires proactive organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Training coordination / HR support roles.
• Ability to manage multiple admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Offshore Industry Training requirements and industry standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared mailbox and respond to personnel within set timelines.
• Handle training bookings and issue joining instructions.
• Issue Training Certification for internal and external training.
• Register personnel to LMS for role-specific courses (Onshore/Offshore).
• Track and report eLearning completions in the LMS.
• Assist with gathering verification for Client Project Matrices.
