Job summary

Land & Sea Resources Limited is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support the Morecambe Hub in Barrow-in-Furness. The role spans onshore and offshore process systems, asset integrity and safety-focused improvements.

You will lead process engineering activities, review scopes and interfaces with operations, maintenance and contractors, and contribute to CAPEX and commissioning with emphasis on reliability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience across onshore and offshore oil and gas operations, maintenance and asset integrity.
• Strong knowledge of process equipment and systems used in oil and gas production facilities (compression, dehydration, nitrogen removal, sweetening, condensate stabilization).
• Experience with safety studies and risk assessments (HAZOP/HAZID/LOPA) and permit-to-work systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering expertise across the Morecambe Hub to support operational performance and optimisaton.
• Review and approve process work scopes, job packs and method statements; oversee contractors and vendors for safe delivery.
• Contribute to capital projects, design reviews, commissioning and start-up activities; lead investigations using Kelvin TopSet techniques.
