Job summary

Broadgate is seeking a Training & Competence Supervisor for a home-based role with occasional trips to Bath and London. You will oversee T&C for advisers, ensuring FCA compliance and maintaining robust records. The role involves coaching, 1-2-1s and delivering induction training.

Ideal candidates have a Level 4 Regulated Financial Planning Diploma and proven coaching skills, with experience in a regulated environment and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Training & Competence role within Financial Services.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or DipFA) required.
• Strong observation, coaching and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee T&C for a portfolio of advisers, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and the firm's T&C Scheme.
• Run observed meetings, 1-2-1s, coaching and feedback sessions.
• Support new and trainee advisers on their journey to full competent adviser status.
• Deliver induction and ongoing training.
• Maintain accurate T&C records and reporting findings with clear recommendations.
• Monitor transactions against company and FCA benchmarks.
