Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3–5 in Learning & Development or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a regulated, safety-critical construction or project env.
• Experience supporting training coordination or compliance.
• Good understanding of competence, qualification and certification management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact to translate training needs into clear plans and coordinate delivery.
• Monitor training compliance, qualifications and certifications across the workforce.
• Provide guidance to managers on training and competence requirements and support reporting.
• Contribute to improving training processes and documentation.
