Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Training Centre Coordinator at our Birmingham facility to ensure smooth delivery of learning programmes for delegates, trainers and visitors. The role involves preparing facilities, coordinating logistics, welcoming participants and maintaining a high standard of presentation and safety within the training environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within a veterinary, education, training, events or similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A customer-focused approach and confidence building relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Birmingham Training Centre.
• Prepare training rooms, equipment, resources and facilities for learning programmes.
• Coordinate training course logistics and provide on-the-day delivery support.
• Welcome delegates, trainers and visitors with a professional, friendly experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the Centre and equipment.
• Manage consumable stock levels and support operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with trainers, suppliers, internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Academy projects.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GDPR and animal welfare requirements.
• Support Academy events and programmes across the UK when required.
