Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Training Centre Coordinator / Administrator to join the HatTec Training Centre in Hatfield. You will coordinate training and requalification programmes, manage records, and support stakeholders to deliver high-quality training across the organisation.

This role focuses on ensuring compliance, producing management information, and maintaining facilities and resources to support efficient training delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and planning skills.

• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all STMVA trainer and re-qualification programmes.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the STMVA Director and team.
• Maintain accurate training records and certification databases; monitor expiry dates and compliance reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for training enquiries; build relationships with hospitals, tutors and accreditation bodies.
• Coordinate room bookings, equipment and training materials; support audits and quality assurance.
