Job summary

Centum Engineering Services Ltd seeks an HSE Coordinator to manage training compliance and maintain records across multiple projects and locations. The role supports the HSE Director and coordinates mandatory training with external providers to ensure workers hold required certifications for safe operation.

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day HSE administration and ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and statutory legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety, Training, Compliance, Construction, Engineering or Site Coordination roles.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, training matrices and digital record management systems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple training requirements, suppliers and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive approach and ability to challenge non-compliance where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage training compliance across multiple projects and locations.
• Coordinate mandatory training and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with training providers regarding availability, content, costs and attendees.
• Issue joining instructions and training confirmations to staff and managers.
• Monitor completion of online learning modules prior to practical training.
• Update internal compliance systems and training records.
• Communicate planned training absences with site management.
