Job summary

Elysium Healthcare Limited seeks a proactive Training Centre Coordinator/Administrator to support the HatTec Training Centre and STMVA team. You will manage training records, coordination, and stakeholder liaison to deliver high-quality learning experiences across the organisation.

Working closely with the STMVA Director, you will ensure records, documentation, and certification data are accurate, and you will produce regular reports for performance and compliance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role within a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of finance systems or payment processes is preferred.
• Experience coordinating training programmes or events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate STMVA and GSA trainer and re-qualification programmes.
• Manage participant bookings, joining instructions and course documentation.
• Produce and maintain course materials and training resources.
