Training & Quality Officer

Parade Enterprise Centre, 14 The Parade, Blacon, CH1 5HN

£31,451 per annum (rising to £33,107 after 12 months, subject to performance)

37.5 hours per week

Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Training & Quality Officer based at The Parade Enterprise Centre in Chester, with regular travel to our sister site in Cheadle, Stockport.

We deliver personalized housing, care, and support services across England, helping people live independently. As a not-for-profit organization, we prioritize customer-centric services and staff development.

The role involves:

  1. Developing policies and reviewing training materials.
  2. Implementing and communicating policies effectively.
  3. Supporting business continuity through procedures and training.
  4. Assisting in audits and monitoring service performance against KPIs and standards.
  5. Handling complaints and service issues to meet customer expectations.
  6. Supporting recruitment, training, and staff development to ensure quality service delivery.
  7. Participating in special projects aligned with organizational values.

Skills and experience required:

  1. Experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
  2. Ability to work under pressure.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Knowledge of information systems and databases.
  5. Valid driving license, as travel may be required.
