Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Quality Assurance and Auditing: Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments to verify that all services meet internal quality benchmarks and external regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with current CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations, safeguarding both service users and staff.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to MCJA commissioned contracts, ensuring that service delivery aligns with established objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks within services and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, creating a safe environment for both customers and employees.
- Staff Training and Support: Develop and provide training programs for staff to foster a culture of compliance and quality assurance throughout the organization.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and assessments, and prepare reports for management to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders, including management and staff, to promote best practices and enhance service quality.
- Maintain good line management: Have oversight of the responsibilities of those reporting into the Compliance Manager.
