Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced Training Analyst Lead to shape and lead our Training Analysis capability. You will oversee analysis of training requirements and supporting documentation, ensuring evidence-based decisions and auditable data traceability across projects.

You will manage a team, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with subject matter experts to drive improvements in training design, development, and governance while complying with EH&S and Raytheon policies.

Qualifications

• Analyse training requirements and supporting documentation.
• Identify training data gaps and risks to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to validate findings.
• Lead and develop the Training Data Analysis team.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and validation of training requirements, objectives and documentation to ensure solutions are underpinned by auditable evidence.
• Oversee training data governance, quality, and traceability, maintaining data repositories and reporting.
• Identify data maturity levels, risks and dependencies to inform design and development.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate findings and drive reviews.
• Support onboarding, mentoring and governance activities within the team.
