RTX in the United Kingdom is seeking a Training Analyst to join our CMDC Training Design Team. This hybrid role focuses on analysing DSAT documentation, developing training courseware, and delivering compliant training evaluations to meet authority requirements.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work independently and in a team, and knowledge of UK MoD DSAT. You will contribute to training solutions, document training designs, and participate in workshops to shape effective

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in training analysis on significant courses.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Knowledge of UK MoD DSAT procedures.
• Desirable: experience with programme management tools.
• Desirable: Change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse DSAT documentation data to evaluate training needs.
• Develop training courseware and DSAT documentation.
• Produce and update Training Design documents.
• Identify and articulate responses to new training requirements.
• Collaborate in workshops and write findings reports.
• Champion EHS compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support CMDC Training Service completion.
