Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Training Analyst in Winnersh, Wokingham, offering hybrid working arrangements. You will join the CMDC Training Design Team to analyse DSAT documentation data from training courses and deliver compliant training evaluations to meet the Authority’s requirements.

The role involves developing training courseware, keeping DSAT processes current, and producing detailed design documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and within the customer organisation.
• Experience in training analysis and have contributed to the analysis of significant training courses.
• Experienced and capable of working autonomously and within a team.
• Detailed knowledge and practical experience of UK Ministry of Defence procedures and policies Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).

Responsibilities

• Analyze DSAT documentation data from training courses and deliver compliant training needs evaluations.
• Develop training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT documentation and processes.
• Work as part of a team responsible for analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT documentation for military training sites.
• Identify and articulate responses to new or changing training requirements arising from customer specifications.
• Inform on the optimum training solutions balancing time, cost, and quality, and define the training solution in detail for Training Design to start.
• Produce and update Training Design documents including FTS, TPS, TOs, WTS, RTGS to reflect requirements.
• Conduct KSA analysis to map learning needs to a Learning Scalar.
• Interview SMEs to gather required data and participate in workshops to discuss findings.
• Champion Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance and continuous improvement.
• Fulfill other duties to support CMDC Training Service.

Role & Responsibilities

The Training Analyst is responsible to the CMDC Training Design Team Manager to analyse DSAT documentation data from training courses and deliver compliant training needs evaluations for the compilation of training solution(s) to meet the Authority’s training requirements.

To develop training courseware through the analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT Documentation & processes for military training.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of a team responsible for the analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT Documentation & processes for military training sites and organisations.
• Identifying and articulating responses to new or changing training requirements, which may arise from analysis of customer specifications.
• Analysing, capturing and articulating training needs arising from new or changing requirements.
• Inform on the optimum training solution(s) to meet the Authority’s training requirements, balancing time, cost and quality, and define the training solution at the appropriate level of detail to enable Training Design to commence.
• Producing, maintaining and/or updating Training Design from: Formal Training Statement (FTS) (including the Training Performance Statement (TPS), Training Objectives (TOs), Workplace Training Statement (WTS), Residual Training Gap Statement (RTGS)) so that they adequately and accurately reflect the Authority’s requirement.
• Carry out Knowledge, Skills and Attitude/Attribute (KSA) Analysis to determine accurate complication of a comprehensive Learning Scalar (LScalar) to accurately reflect the Authority’s training need.
• Requesting and reviewing existing training documentation as required.
• Interviewing subject matter experts to collate required data as required.
• Participating in internal workshops to discuss and agree findings from analysis and writing reports on the findings of the analysis.
• Any other duties required to support the evaluation of course data.
• Be ‘Responsible for championing and fostering a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement’.
• Any other duties required to complete the CMDC Training Service.

Required Experience
