Job summary

Van Elle is seeking a Training Administrator for maternity cover in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. You will ensure training compliance, manage records in our LMS, and coordinate courses for staff and external candidates.

Applicants should have knowledge of training schemes (CITB/CSCS/CPCS/NPORS), strong communication, and solid MS Office skills. Working hours are normal business times with pro rata salary.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of training schemes and certifications (CITB, CSCS, CPCS, NPORS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees receive the correct training and manage training compliance.
• Process confidential data in line with GDPR guidelines.
• Schedule courses and share details with employees, divisions, and external candidates, tracking deadlines.
• Record training and assist with routine reports in the LMS.
• Handle enquiries via email/phone/letter about training availability, booking, and fees.
• Maintain accuracy of training records using regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Prepare paperwork for courses and deal with external clients.
• Invigilate courses.
