Job description

Aureos is seeking a Training Administrator to join our Bathgate office. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees, from site staff to directors, receive the necessary training to excel in their positions.

You will have the valuable support of our Administrative/QHSE Team, and we welcome your fresh perspective and enthusiasm to help shape this role. Your initiative will be key in creating an effective point of contact for all training inquiries and requirements.

Duties
  • Use existing processes and systems, and develop them further using your initiative and experience to carry out the tasks below.
  • Manage a matrix that lists every employee, their current training certificates/qualifications, and renewal dates. Liaise with Project Management teams to arrange new training courses for employees transitioning into different roles or responsibilities.
  • This role is administrative heavy; therefore, strong time management and organizational skills are required. Most of your time will be spent updating the matrix and electronically filing new or renewed training tickets on the database.
  • Send weekly safety bulletins for site and office staff, and ensure signed sign-off sheets are stored correctly.
  • The role may expand to include additional administrative duties over time, requiring adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
