Job description

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Onboarding and Training Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting new brand ambassadors through their onboarding process, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, and delivering one-to-one training assessments. You will work closely with the Partner Client Relations team and our partners to ensure all training activities run smoothly, while also handling a variety of administrative tasks to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Right to Work documentation is completed to a high standard, maintained accurately, and audited regularly in line with compliance requirements.
  • Conduct one-to-one training assessments to identify development needs and support individual growth.
  • Listen to customer calls to evaluate quality, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Investigate complaints thoroughly, ensuring timely resolutions while adhering to deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding, training, compliance documentation, and complaints investigations.
  • Support the creation and improvement of onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure deadlines are met in line with SLAs and escalate any issues as required.

About You:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in delivering feedback.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or training/coaching role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Right to Work checks and compliance standards is a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and auditing processes.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
