Job summary

Melton Foods in Melton Mowbray is seeking a Training Co-ordinator to conduct inductions for new starters and deliver SOP/SSOW training across bakery operations. You will respond to requests, perform competency assessments, and sign off process training for colleagues.

• They respond to requests and conduct competency assessments and sign off for process training for all colleagues.
• They deliver amendment training because of changes to procedures and support to new starters to assist their transition into the business.
