Job summary

The Cornwall Bakery, part of Samworth Brothers, is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to guide a motivated shift, organise staff training and performance reviews, and ensure safety and quality in all output. You will drive engagement, coach colleagues, and coordinate with managers to meet production targets.
