Job summary

Samworth Brothers is seeking a proactive Team Leader in Leicester to guide a busy production team at Walker & Son. You will organise job rotation, deliver staff training, and drive engagement while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

We encourage development and progression, with support to advance into management roles as you demonstrate initiative and results. Join a loyal, diverse team committed to delivering great pies.

• Proactively take on personal responsibility and accountability to support Line Manager and cover for Line Manager when unavailable.
