Job summary

Pacifica is seeking a Trainee White Goods Engineer - Field Based in Swindon and surrounding areas. You will start with full training and mentoring to become a qualified appliance repair engineer, visiting customers' homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances.

The role offers a clear career path with hands-on experience, company van and tools provided, 30 days leave, and a strong support structure. No prior white goods experience is required, just motivation and practical aptitude.

Qualifications

• No prior white goods repair experience required; training provided.
• Hands-on mechanical or electrical experience preferred.
• Full UK manual driving licence required (no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers.
• Visit customers' homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently.
• Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software.
• Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence.
• Providing excellent customer service and explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
• Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on-the-job experience.
