Pacifica is hiring a Trainee White Goods Engineer – Field Based in Northampton. You will receive full training and mentorship to repair and maintain household appliances such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and dishwashers.

The role requires visiting customers' homes and using hand tools to diagnose and fix faults. Initially, salary ranges from £26,500–£27,000 with training completion leading to OTE up to £50,000+.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical or electrical experience using hand tools.
• Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Willingness to undertake full training and certification.

Responsabilités

No experience in white goods repair necessary, but we are looking for candidates with previous hands‑on mechanical or electrical experience and using tools. What You Will Do

• Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
• Visiting customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
• Building on your mechanical/electrical experience to troubleshoot and solve problems on‑site
• Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software
• Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
• Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally
• Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on‑the‑job experience
